Dr. Manisha Sinha is a senior translational biologist and R&D leader with over 15 years of experience advancing discovery and early development programs across biologics, small molecules, oligonucleotide, and gene therapy. Her work spans neurodegenerative, neuromuscular, metabolic, cerebrovascular, and rare genetic diseases in both startup and large biopharma environments.

She has built and led translational and preclinical functions, advanced programs from ideation through IND/CTA-enabling development, supported fundraising and partnering diligence, and guided teams through high-stakes scientific decisions. Her expertise sits at the intersection of strategy, biology, assays, biomarkers, and clinical intent.

In parallel, Manisha is deeply committed to scientific education and mentorship. She serves as an Adjunct Faculty member and is a frequent panelist and guest lecturer on professional development programs about transitioning from academic research to industry R&D.
